Almost half a year has passed and I'm finally back here at DA. I never really left the place, to be honest, but in truth, I've been soooo busy I haven't had time at all to be as arty as I would like.

But I think I'm having the time of my life in Dalarna. My education is so brilliant and I'm more convinced than ever that this is what I want to do for the rest of my life. On my way to become a professional tailor now. And my next stop, I hope with all my heart, will be the Art academy; Konstfack. I've dreamt about attending that school since I was thirteen years old and finally, it feels as if my dream is within my grasp.

Basically, I live with a bunch of hippies on top of a mountain in the middle of a forest and also in the middle of nowhere. Or so I thought, untill I learnt what a fantastic seat of culture Dalarna really is.  All we do seems to be to visit museums and all sorts of exhibitions, learn about culture and art and practice everything from drawing to embroidery to dyeing cloth with plants. I feel as if I've never truly belonged to a place until now. My classmates are lovely, my teachers are true professionals and our headmistress is adorable.

And before I go on forever about how happy I am, a happy new year to everyone. I look forward to the next year, hope you do too.

And yes, the school is a little like Hogwarts, it's not really like studying since we do nothing boring, but we have no time left to do anything else either.
